The ordinance specified that the boundary of Fire Zone Number I would run along the south line of Lot 12 of Block 1 of West Broadmoor, then westerly to the easterly property line of the F. E. C. R.R. (p. 343). This placement helped delineate the fire district’s extent in the western part of the city.
