It is referenced in 1935-Miami-Dade-Building-Code_p325_344 within the boundary description of the area added to Fire Zone Number I by Ordinance No. 2471 (1941). The ordinance specifies boundaries along the west lines of lots in Block 1 and Block 2 of the Amended Plat of Pomelo Park, particularly noting the north line of the amended plat as a boundary point near park-place and rural-home (p. 343).
