Park Place is a residential subdivision located in the city-of-miami. It is referenced in 1935-Miami-Dade-Building-Code_p325_344 as part of the boundary description for the expansion of fire-zones Number I under Ordinance No. 2471 (1941). The ordinance specifies boundaries along the west lines of lots in Blocks 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Park Place, as well as alleys between these blocks, to define the area where new frame structures are prohibited to reduce fire danger (p. 343).
