West Bay Side is a residential subdivision located in city-of-miami, dade county, Florida.
It is referenced in ordinance no 2471 (1941), which amended 1935-miami-dade-building-code to expand the boundaries of fire-zones Number I. The ordinance defines the perimeter of this fire zone by tracing property lines and streets, specifically mentioning the west line of Lot 16 of Block 1 of West Bay Side extended southerly, and subsequently the west lines of Lot 16 of Block 1 and Lot 16 of Block 2 of West Bay Side (p. 342).
