Price’s Addition to St. James Park is a residential subdivision located in city-of-miami. It was incorporated into Fire Zone Number I through 1935-miami-dade-building-code Ordinance No. 2471, passed in 1941 (p. 341).
The ordinance expanded the fire zone boundaries to include areas along the west lines of Lots 1 through 11 of Block A within this addition, extending south to the north property line of Northwest Thirty-first Street (p. 344). This inclusion aimed to prevent the erection of new frame structures in the area to reduce fire danger and align with the general city plan (p. 341).
