Northern Boulevard Tract is a land subdivision in the city-of-miami referenced in the definition of boundaries for fire-zones.
According to 1935-Miami-Dade-Building-Code_p325_344, the tract is cited in Ordinance No. 2471 (1941), which expanded Fire Zone Number I. The ordinance describes the zone’s western boundary running along the center lines of Blocks 11 and 12 of the Amended Plat of St. James Park to the west line of Lots 3 of Block 13 of Northern Boulevard Tract, then southerly along the west lines of Lots 3, 23, and 24 of Block 13, and Lots 1, 2, 3, 23, and 22 of Block 16 of Northern Boulevard Tract to the center line of Northwest Twenty-eighth Street (p. 344). This inclusion places properties within the Northern Boulevard Tract under stricter building regulations, specifically prohibiting new frame structures.
