According to the document, the boundary for Fire Zone No. 1 extends south along the center line of SW 37th Avenue through the center of Blocks 1-8-9-16 of Coconut Grove (p. 95). The text further notes that this boundary continues along the East line of lots in Percival Sanford Plat Revised before reaching the North line of grand-avenue (p. 95). This placement situates Coconut Grove within the regulated areas subject to specific construction restrictions, such as those prohibiting construction types Type V construction in Fire Zone No. 1 (p. 104).
