Central Addition Buena Vista is a land subdivision located in the city-of-miami. It is referenced in 1935-Miami-Dade-Building-Code_p325_344 as part of the legal description defining the boundaries of fire-zones, specifically Fire Zone Number I.
According to Ordinance No. 2471, the boundary of this fire zone runs along the south lines of Lot 1 of Block 5, and Lots 14 and 1 of Block 2 of Central Addition Buena Vista, before continuing to the center line of north-miami-avenue (p. 343). This inclusion in Fire Zone Number I imposed restrictions on the erection of new frame structures within this area to reduce fire danger.
